THE ROLE
Marketing Administrator - Glasgow
Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced administrator with a passion for marketing to join our team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in supporting a dynamic and busy team whilst playing a key role in contributing to the efficiency and effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the in-house marketing team with the delivery of digital marketing activities including social media administration and performance reporting, helping to ensure timely execution of campaigns.
Assist the team with creating compelling marketing content including but not limited to adverts, people profiles, blog posts, website updates and internal updates.
Handle scheduling of marketing related activity including photoshoots and team meetings, manage marketing inboxes and CRM data support.
Maintain and update internal marketing documents and ensure consistency across all documentation including storage and files.
Manage the inventory of promotional materials and coordinate the distribution of marketing assets to AAB offices and team members.
Support with marketing, event and client email communications.
As a member of the AAB Marketing Team there will be a requirement to assist the marketing, events and business development team with additional tasks and projects as they arise.
