We’re LiveseySolar, a strategy and implementation agency for eye surgery entrepreneurs. We build revenue-generating websites and powerful CRM systems for private practices across the UK and beyond. And we need someone like you—a fast learner who thrives in systems, obsesses over doing things properly, and wants to grow into a digital marketing and SaaS powerhouse.

This isn’t a “fetch coffee” marketing admin gig. You’ll be hands-on inside live client accounts—setting up websites, building automations, launching email campaigns, and responding to support requests like a pro.

Website Setup & Launch (WaaS)

• Load client copy, images, and SEO into beautiful web templates
• Configure blogs, menus, and landing pages
• QA everything and push sites live
• Use our SOPs to do it right every time

CRM Buildouts (Hattie CRM)

• Set up accounts using snapshot templates
• Build automations, forms, and campaigns
• Upload and schedule emails/SMS
• Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate if needed

Client Support

• Monitor inboxes and WhatsApp channels
• Respond to “how do I?” questions with empathy and clarity
• Keep tickets updated and support docs tidy
• Help us spot and fix recurring issues

Fast Learner | You've used tools like WordPress, HubSpot, or Canva. You may not know everything yet—but Google is your BFF, and you will figure it out.

Process-Follower | You follow checklists like a champ. You never skip steps “just because.” You triple-check before hitting publish.

Efficient & Curious | You like ticking things off fast—but you also think about how to tick faster next time. You enjoy structured growth.

Clear Communicator | You write clean, clear messages. You ask good questions. You don’t leave people guessing.

Hungry to Grow | This is an early-career role, but not a dead-end one. You want to learn websites, CRMs, and marketing—and eventually own a product lane.

• £28K–£32K depending on experience
• First 6 months in-office (London Bridge), then we’ll discuss hybrid/remote
• Unlimited access to DigitalMarketer Academy (8+ certs)
• Clear growth path: specialise in Website or CRM tracks
• Quarterly reviews to track your career advancement
• Office gym, socials, conferences, and a team that gives a damn

• Know the goal: Always start with knowing the goal. Understand the task before you begin. Make sure your work helps to achieve that goal.
• Learn quickly: Apply feedback immediately, look for new tools and methods to improve, and use and follow best-practice checklists.
• Be a light: Have fun and share it with others. Focus on finding solutions, not problems. Stay enthusiastic and embrace change.
• Show courage: If you have evidence, stand up for your ideas. Be honest and direct. Be confident in your strengths.
• Give a damn: Deliver quality work on time. Improve your craft every week. Find new ways to help clients achieve their goals. Show your teammates that you care.

What to Expect Next? 

Once we review your application, if you're in the top 10% of candidates, you’ll move on to a qualifying assessment.

• A brief, informal video introduction—just a way for us to get a sense of your personality.
