Marketing Campaigns Consultant - 12 Month FTC
About the role
Due to an internal secondment, we have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Campaigns Consultant to join our wider Campaigns team who are part of our growing and forward-thinking Marketing & Digital division. This is a fixed term contract of 12 months, to support and assist the Personal Lines Marketing Campaigns team by managing the delivery of integrated, data driven, multi-channel campaigns specific to our Bespoke (High Net Worth) customer base.
With a large focus on driving new business for Bespoke, you will work on multiple campaigns at one time. Working hand-in-hand with our Propositions team to understand our business objectives, and with third party suppliers ensuring seamless collaboration and on-time delivery within budget constraints. You’ll conduct regular analysis of campaigns to ensure we’re maximising ROI and keeping our campaigns on track for success.
Relationships are at the heart of everything we do, and you'll build and maintain effective connections with key stakeholders across the business. Whether it's aligning with Propositions or the PR team or collaborating with Internal Communications, you'll be the driving force behind our unified approach to campaign execution.
Data-driven decisions are our bread and butter, and you'll be our go-to guru as you’ll work with the Customer Data and Analytics team, as well as channel managers, to analyse campaign performance and distil key insights. Your commitment to a culture of "test and learn" will drive continuous improvement, keeping us ahead of the curve and ready to seize every opportunity that comes our way.
About you
You have experience of project managing and delivering end to end multi-media, integrated campaigns and have worked in a similar role ideally marketing to individuals within the High-Net-Worth Market. You are curious about data and analytically minded with experience of data driven campaign selections and analysis. You have proven stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to build strong working relationships at all levels. You can successfully prioritise your workload and understand GDPR plus, compliance experience is a must.
