MARKETING COORDINATOR

Exciting opportunity for a Marketing Coordinator to join a leading events company on a temporary contract until July 2025. Support marketing efforts across multiple brands in the growing Installer Industry, contributing to a major annual tradeshow and media services. Ideal for candidates with a Marketing Degree or 6+ months’ marketing administration experience looking to develop their skills in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. A fantastic step into the events and media sector!

MARKETING COORDINATOR ROLE:

• Assisting with coordinating and organising 5–10 webinars per week across multiple brands
• Calling brands to obtain asset material to be used within the marketing team for promotion
• Attending webinars to support with any questions or concerns
• Supporting with digital ad uploads across the website
• Supporting the wider marketing team with client enquiries
• Liaising with multiple internal and external stakeholders
• Managing a busy inbox

MARKETING COORDINATOR ESSENTIALS:

• Being able to work 5 days a week in the office based in Wimbledon
• Communicating effectively, both verbally and in writing
• Working collaboratively in a team-based environment
• Being highly organised with a proactive working style
• Being tech savvy, proficient with Microsoft 365 and quick to pick up internal systems
• Contributing as a team player and offering support beyond main responsibilities
• Demonstrating problem-solving and decision-making skills with confidence and initiative
• Having a confident phone manner
• Being self-motivated and working autonomously on tasks
