The Role: Marketing Executive
We are looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Executive to take ownership of the marketing strategy and execution. This role is ideal for a hands-on generalist with a passion for digital marketing, content creation, and brand development. You will play a crucial part in enhancing the company's online and offline presence while working closely with sales and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and customer engagement
- Create compelling content for websites, blogs, email marketing, and social media
- Manage and update website content, ensuring strong SEO performance
- Oversee social media accounts, creating engaging posts and scheduling content
- Design marketing materials, including brochures, digital ads, and promotional assets using Adobe Creative Suite
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives
- Organise and coordinate promotional events and product launches
- Track and analyse marketing performance, adjusting strategies for maximum impact
Who We're Looking For
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A strong background in marketing, with experience in digital marketing, content creation, and campaign management
- Proficiency in SEO, social media management, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
- Experience in website management, including CMS platforms and basic HTML knowledge
- Strong analytical skills to measure and improve marketing performance
- The ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple projects
- Experience in CAD planning, mood board creation, or marketing photography is a plus
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
