Position: Marketing Executive – Channel and Performance

Location: Crewe, CW1 6DB

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30am – 05:00pm

Radius Payment Solutions are a leading Global Fleet Management Company who offer services in the Fuel, Telematics, Telecoms and Insurance industries. Our wide range of products include Fuel Cards, Vehicle Tracking Devices and Phone Tariffs. We are a successful growing global company with offices across 15 countries.

We are looking for a driven Marketing Executive – Channel and Performance to join our emerging business units marketing team. This role will suit someone with experience or interest in marketing and sales funnels and the manipulation of data coupled with marketing strategy.

What will you be doing as a Marketing Executive – Channel and Performance?

• Track and analyse the effectiveness of our marketing efforts, providing regular performance reports to stakeholders.
• Use data and insights to refine strategies, prioritise initiatives, and ensure ROI on marketing investments.
• Collaborate the wider marketing team to create and execute joint marketing campaigns that drive lead generation and increase sales.
• Develop and manage initiatives such as webinars, events, and targeted promotions to support prospect engagement and revenue growth. monitor campaign performance, share insights with stakeholders, and recommend strategies to optimise outcomes.
  
  
  

Essential Skills

• Educated to degree level or equivalent experience, ideally in Marketing.
• Experience in a business-to-business environment (desirable)
• An understanding of Salesforce is highly desirable.
• Data-driven approach to decision-making, with experience using analytics to measure and improve campaign performance.
• A natural people person, who will proactively engage and drive content creation across the business and engage with all stakeholders. Ability to work cross-functionally across departments.
• Strong team player able to show initiative.
• PC literate, Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills a must.
