About This Role
Joining us as Marketing Graduate, you will have a unique opportunity to launch your marketing career by supporting our dynamic Established Medicines business unit, where innovation meets purpose. You’ll join a vibrant, forward-thinking team passionate about transforming patient lives through strategic brand management and creative marketing solutions.
This position offers an excellent blend of hands-on experience and professional development — you’ll be empowered to shape and execute impactful omni-channel marketing campaigns, craft compelling content, and contribute to high-profile projects that drive real-world results.
This role is ideal for you if you are innovative, proactive, and ready to develop expertise in delivering strategic and tactical plans for our product portfolio. You will gain invaluable insights into the biotech industry, develop critical business skills, and take meaningful ownership of your work — all while helping us bring life-changing medicines to patients worldwide.
This is a hybrid role requiring 50% office attendance each week at our Maidenhead offices, with a planned start date at the beginning of September 2025, for an initial 12 month period.

- Support the implementation of promotional tactics within the Omni-channel plan.
- Develop compelling internal and external creative content.
- Participate in marketing planning and strategy discussions.
- Manage and develop key projects and processes.
- Optimize the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database and digital sales enablement channels.
- Monitor brand compliance and ensure alignment with regulatory standards.
- Evaluate the success of marketing activities using defined key performance indicators and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Build customer insights by understanding their needs and expectations.
