You will be joining the MHUK Wines Department, a pioneer hybrid team incorporating both brand managers and sales, exclusively focused on our wine portfolio. As a Marketing Intern - Wines, your mission is to assist the Brand Management team in developing and executing specific marketing and trade projects in line with the brand's strategy across the Wine portfolio, covering Cloudy Bay, Terrazas de los Andes, Joseph Phelps and Bodega Numanthia, whilst ensuring overall support in efficient and successful day-to-day work.
Job Responsibilities
Our Marketing Internships are a fantastic opportunity to discover our Brands, our Company and to get familiar with our business’ specificities. As an Intern you will be part of the Wine team and will report to the Senior Brand & Business Development Manager. You will be liaising with the Sales teams and Activation Specialists across our business and will have the opportunity to make an impact by co-ordinating events, running sales driven activations, whilst supporting the Senior Brand & Business Development Manager and Head of Wines ensuring a strong day by day administrative and logistic support for the Brand’s activations.
Brand Management/Event Management support
- Support the SBBDM in executing specific brand projects.
- Act as a brand champion both internally and externally with trade guests and end consumers.
- Actively support and attend tastings with trade customers throughout the year (organisation, logistics, etc.), as well as organize and attend wine trade fairs and customer trade shows.
- Support the Brand Team by providing key on-site event assistance, including set-up when necessary.
- Support the Brand Team in creating itineraries (winemaker tours) when necessary and hosting events throughout the year.
- Co-lead the development and implementation of brand visibility initiatives (i.e., window displays, in-store visibility, etc.), working in partnership with sales, activation specialist teams, and agencies.
- Co-lead the development of activations in the on-trade, in liaison with sales and activation specialists.
- Support content creation, including briefing for the brand (i.e., photographer, videographer).
PR and Communication
- Participate in agency meetings and serve as the main point of contact for all brand collateral, i.e., POSM, stock, and logistics.
- Support the yearly PR calendar, provide daily follow-up of press coverage, PR evaluations, and maintain direct contact with PR agencies.
- Create project-related communications materials (wine sheets, media collaterals).
Administrative Support
- Support POSM orders, stock orders, and logistics (follow up on deliveries, collections, etc.)
- Support on POSM forecasting and budget and local sourcing or creation where required
- Financial support: creating purchase orders, processing invoices, ensuring timely payments, and keeping track of budget expenditure.
- Key point of contact for Sales Admin: providing the most updated information on any of the products from the Wines portfolio.
- Customer point of contact for sales and brand enquiries
- Budget tracking
Supply Management
- Work with the Senior Brand & Business Development Manager and the Demand Planning team to plan volumes for the market.
- Manage a calendar for product vintages, including new release dates, etc.

Professional Experience & Know How
- Interest and knowledge of Wines
- Previous work experience/internship in Brand Management / Project Management required
- Strong Word, PowerPoint, and Excel skills.
- Adobe InDesign a plus.
