WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
Digital ad briefing
Draft and structure digital ad briefs to ensure clarity and direction for all paid advertising creatives. Ensure digital adverts reflect the Shoptalk marketing campaign calendars, target audiences, and brand voice across all digital platforms.
Ensure that adverts are optimised throughout the campaign based on engagement to drive maximum qualified lead generation and ticket conversions.
Website updates
Draft and structure design briefs for all website updates, ensuring alignment with Shoptalk marketing campaign calendars and content marketing campaigns.
Copywriting
Write and edit copy for all secondary email campaigns, including automated emails, attendee experience touchpoints and follow up campaigns. Tailor messaging to support audience engagement and campaign objectives.
Marketing asset briefing
Draft and structure design brief templates for all marketing digital and printed assets including the likes of brochures, banners and promotional videos
Speaker, sponsor, and retailer & brand advocacy
Create and manage design briefs specifically tailored for all speaker, sponsor, and relevant retailers and brands advocacy initiatives.
Reporting on traffic and engagement metrics driven from advocacy campaigns and optimising assets and tactics throughout show cycle
Media partner and association coordination
Manage relationships with Tier 2 and Tier 3 media partners and associations, serving as the point of contact for design briefing and execution. Ensure timely and accurate communication with partners, coordinating assets and approvals as needed.
Reporting on website traffic and ticket conversions driven from media partners and iterating campaign assets and tactics to optimise engagement.
At show responsibilities
Conducting video interviews with attendees, user generated video content, co-management of video streaming tools and co-assisting management of Shoptalk social channels
