Marketing Operations Administrator

This is an exciting new role which will play a pivotal part in contributing to the success of the UK and International brand marketing teams. Reporting into one of our Brand Marketing Managers, you will be supporting on all UK and International Brand activities.

We are looking for someone who is incredibly organised; a great team player with a ‘can- do’ attitude who can support the wider brand and international teams with getting the job done.

Marketing experience isn’t essential, but you must have good experience of seeing projects through from start to finish, be able to grasp systems and software quickly and have strong interpersonal skills, being able to deal with stakeholders at all levels. Both local and national events support is required as part of this role so you must be willing to travel when needed and also work from the office in Harrier Park, Nottingham 2 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the brand and international teams with global event execution (on-site in Nottingham and at the events) including sample ordering, completing pre-event forms, arranging logistics and couriers, briefing in stand graphics and liaising with the event organisers.
• Photography support – arranging models, booking locations, ordering photography samples
• Sample ordering for UK and International brand activity
• Setting up suppliers in internal systems
• Financial admin – raising POs, liaising with suppliers, invoices, tracking payments and liaising with finance team
• Support with keeping warehouse and events corner a useable space
• Support with budget management & updating budget tracker
• Proofing marketing collateral
• Content creation and editing for offline and online brand activities
• Updating assets and blogs on the International Distributor Hub
• Support with International Pricing and Product lists

Experience:

• Previous experience in an admin role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
• Tenacious, creative and curious – if something isn’t working, come up with solutions rather than the problems.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to juggle workload and priorities
• Prior events organisation experience would be advantageous
• Feel comfortable and confident liaising with stakeholders at all levels
• Experience of working with various software platforms and CMS (Wordpress advantageous)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of software
