The role:
We are seeking a passionate and highly skilled Maths Teacher to join our vibrant and dedicated team. This is an exciting opportunity to teach an engaging curriculum, inspire a love for Mathematics, and help students achieve their full potential.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver outstanding Maths lessons that challenge and engage learners of all abilities.
- Support students in developing problem-solving skills and mathematical reasoning.
- Assess, monitor, and provide constructive feedback to ensure steady academic progress.
- Contribute to curriculum development and innovative teaching practices.
- Play an active role in the school community, supporting extra-curricular Maths activities and initiatives.
About You:
We are looking for an individual who:
- Has a strong academic background in Maths or a related field and holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Has experience or potential to teach Maths effectively across Key Stages 3, 4, and, if applicable, Key Stage 5.
- Demonstrates a passion for the subject and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment.
- Uses data-driven strategies to personalise teaching and drive student success.
- Collaborates well with colleagues and contributes to the wider school community.
