About Us

Based in Gorleston, Cliff Park Ormiston Academy is a vibrant and happy 11-16 secondary comprehensive academy in the heart of the community. At Cliff Park Ormiston Academy we strive for excellence in everything that we do. Our new colleague will also benefit from being part of Ormiston Academies Trust, a MAT of 43 primary and secondary academies. About You

Our ideal candidate will:

  • Be an excellent classroom practitioner who can provide high quality teaching to GCSE level.
  • Be effective in using data/strategies to raise levels of achievement and challenge underperformance.
  • Have an effective approach to behaviour management.
  • Have knowledge of the current educational landscape, government initiatives, OFSTED requirements and implications for academy direction.
  • Contribute to the activities of designated curriculum areas.
  • Undertake the role of form tutor, as required.
