Wood is recruiting for a Maximo Administrator to support our project based at our client site.
This role is based in Aberdeen and hybrid working with the expectation of working 3 days from our Aberdeen office. This is a short term 3 month assignment.
Responsibilities
The Role
The Maximo Administrator is responsible for raising change requests to update re-risk assessed backlog FM and Construction scopes and W2W and SD work orders to ensure critical FM and construction scopes are fully detailed in Maximo ahead of W2W and SD delivery.

Wood is currently growing their project and modification portfolio of key EPCC opportunities spanning 3-5 years longevity. This will include projects in full lifecycles ranging from early Study / FEED into detail design which will cover sectors within the O&G, renewable energy, pharmaceutical and chemicals. Expected
- Maximo data entry experience preferred
- Extensive experience in Maintenance Management and Operations Excellence
- Advanced proficiency in Maximo CMMS and associated maintenance management systems
- Strong data analysis capabilities, including SQL querying and large dataset manipulation
- Expert level in MS Office suite, particularly Excel, and Word
- Demonstrated experience with business intelligence tools
- Proven track record in change management and continuous improvement initiatives using Lean methodologies
