We're hiring a Technology Development Engineer with strong mechatronics experience to join our R&D team. You'll contribute to the development of advanced inkjet printing systems, working from early concept through to validated prototypes.
Lead and support ideation, rapid prototyping, and testing.
Design and develop complex mechatronic and electromechanical systems-including print heads and ink systems.
Participate in design reviews, DFMEAs, and iterative product improvements.
Troubleshoot and solve technical challenges on prototype systems.
Collaborate across functions to support feasibility studies and technology handovers.
A degree or HNC in Mechatronics or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent hands-on experience.
Proven ability to work on multi-disciplinary systems combining mechanical, electronic, and software elements.
Strong problem-solving mindset and hands-on prototyping skills.
Excellent communication skills-able to explain concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
A self-starter eager to learn and grow within a collaborative engineering team.
