The Role
As Meetings and Events Sales Manager, you will lead our sales team to drive revenue, focusing on charity and non-profit clients. You'll manage client relationships, develop and execute marketing strategies, and oversee budgeting and forecasting. The role includes supervising team members, optimising event booking systems, and ensuring smooth event delivery. You'll also represent ISH Venues at industry events and networking opportunities to grow our presence and client base.
Working Hours & Benefits Summary:
£38,000-£40,000 (depending on experience)
40-hour week with some flexibility for evenings/weekends
28 days holiday (rising to 30 with service)
Contributory pension (SAUL)
Travel loan & health cash plan after probation
£3 meal allowance per shift
