We re-launched our membership with a new strategy, business model and public offer in January 2021 with the aim to develop a much larger and loyal supporter base to help create more sustainable income for IWM. We have seen significant growth in income and retention since launching and have ambitious plans to grow this even further whilst developing an exciting new membership strategy.
Our membership vision is to reach millions of people, connecting them with our cause and inspiring a long-term commitment to support IWM as members. To do this, we need to put our members at the heart of everything we do. The Membership Assistant role is a critical one that is essential in supporting the day-to-day operations and administration of IWM membership.
