This is a full-time hybrid role for a Membership Manager situated in the Greater Bristol Area, United Kingdom, with some work from home acceptable. The Membership Manager will oversee membership management, ensure effective communication with members, provide excellent customer service, and plan and execute events. The role involves analyzing membership data, developing strategies to enhance membership experience, and engaging with members to understand their needs.
- Experience in Membership Management and Customer Service
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate membership data and trends
- Excellent Communication skills for engaging with members and stakeholders
- Proficiency in Event Planning and coordination
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
