About The Role
We are recruiting for a MHE Coordinator to join our expanding team based at our site in Barton-upon-Humber. The candidate will work: Monday to Friday, 6:00 to 14:30 or, Monday to Thursday, 7:00 to 17:45.
Main responsibilities:
- Deliver in-house training and assessments for MHE operators.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Maintain accurate training records and certification updates.
- Conduct refresher training and competency checks.
- Support continuous improvement in MHE operations and best practices.
- Assist in accident investigations and corrective action planning.
About You
Desired skills & knowledge:
- Strong knowledge of MHE operations, safety standards, and regulations.
- Experience in training, coaching, or mentoring employees.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to assess risks and promote a safety-first culture.
- RTITB Instructor Training.
