Overview

We're looking for a Traffic Manager to join one of our largest client teams at Digitas!

As our new Traffic Manager, you will be responsible for developing and coordinating the flow of work within the agency. This involves managing schedules, optimizing resources to meet project deadlines, and ensuring that all work delivered is impactful.

You will be pivotal in enhancing our performance by implementing process and tool improvements while navigating the complexities of managing contracts via online platforms in accordance with the IR35 reform rules.

Responsibilities

What you'll be doing:

• Facilitate communication among team members to keep everyone informed of project statuses, timelines, and any updates.
• Lead daily standups with resourced teams and Project Managers to plan workloads and identify risks or bottlenecks.
• Manage resource requirements across multi-project, cross-capability campaigns.
• Continuously improve systems, processes, and online tools for optimized output.
• Resource all jobs effectively and identify/manage additional freelance staff as needed.
• Collaborate with leads and the Project Management team to ensure project briefs are scoped and cast effectively.
• Conduct pipeline planning and utilization reporting to optimize resource use.
• Create regular project status reports for key stakeholders.
  
  

Qualifications

What we're looking for:

• Experience in a traffic management role within an advertising or digital agency, managing large multimillion-pound portfolios.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
• Capable of multitasking and maintaining composure under tight deadlines.
• Proactive and solution-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills.
• Technical proficiency with Project Portfolio Management (PPM) and resource management tools (e.g., Workfront, Workbook, Asana, Resource Guru, Monday).
• Desirable: A continuous improvement mindset, experience with Customer Experience (CX) Campaigns and Platform and Product projects, and experience in negotiating contractor day rates and contractual terms.
