We are pleased to offer an opportunity for a Midday Supervisory Assistant to join our friendly team. Our Midday Supervisors have an essential role in ensuring our students’ whole lunchtime experience is as positive as possible while maintaining good order. You will supervise students, in the dining hall, outside areas and/or school premises. You will need to be vigilant, to notice and reward good behaviour, and to respond calmly yet quickly and assertively to developing situations.
10 hours per week, fixed term until 31/08/2025

- Enjoys working with children
- Is calm, caring and consistent at all times
- Can engage children through play
- Is able to supervise and support pupils to ensure their safety
- Can be flexible in their approach and are able to work well as part of a team
- Are willing to clean and move tables
