Job ref: RF-2501-01 Location: Belfast Quantity of Posts Available: 1 Salary: Negotiable based on Experience The Mobilisation Support Manager (Cleaning, Catering and Support Services ROI & NI) will report directly to the Operations Director and will have responsibility for the mobilisation and set-up of all new contracts across the island of Ireland. This may be across various sectors, one sector, or geographically based. The Role: The Management of site staff during mobilisation. Managing the mobilisation plan, completing new start-up paperwork and leading the weekly calls. Handover from sales to operations and mobilisation team management. Liaise with all departments on all new contract mobilisation. Set up new contracts with finance and confirm all invoicing details. Set up Contract Auditing on ECAT for all new contracts. Client Contact - (Meet with Clients regularly updating them). Payroll set up for new and TUPE staff for new contracts - (Monthly Checking of Report). Uniforms - (Complete request form and sign off and send to central Admin process / must get the staff member to sign for uniform once received and return the form to central admin). Machine ordering - (Must complete machine report and send to central admin). Induction Training - (All new starts and staff moving sites must get induction training as per the induction training list). Stock Ordering and set up for new contracts - (Through Central Admin). Recruitment and HR Processes. Employee Appreciation - (identify those within the operations who warrant specific recognition to the line Manager). Health & Safety - (Ensure all Food Safety, RA's, SSOW, and Site Manuals are available on all sites & staff are fully aware. Accident Reporting & Near Miss Procedures relayed to all staff and reported to the HSQE Manager. The Person: Clean and Valid Driving Licence Required Excellent communication skills IT skills

  • Use of Online HR, Pay Roll and Audits Proven track record of having worked within the cleaning industry at supervisory level with experience of multi contract management ideally including office, industrial and education sector cleaning. Financial acumen and experience of budget management Health & Safety experience Please note, the successful applicant's offer will be subject to an Access NI (Enhanced) check prior to commencement of role.
