What will you do:

• As a multisite manager you will oversee the smooth operational running of multiple incredible sites across your city!
• Develop and build a great operations team across the defined city/area.
• Inspire your team to achieve great sales and provide a unforgettable service
• Be accountable for the day to day management of the accommodation teams including sales, revenue, health & safety, people management, team engagement and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure building management is to a high standard, conducting regular audits and accountable for site(s) compliance.
  
  

What we are looking for:

• At least 1 years previous multi-site management experience in a same or similar role
• Passion for Hospitality
• Great Leadership skills and a proven People Management skills
• Proven results
