We have an exciting opportunity for a talented and motivated Multi Skilled Engineer at our Ashbourne site.
Reporting to the Site Engineering Manager, the successful candidate will be part of a team working across a designated shift pattern and providing support across the site.
Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off rotating pattern of days and nights

Purpose Of The Role
- To provide an effective and safe engineering service to the production team and respond to operational demands in a timely fashion. To maintain equipment both proactively and reactively to ensure factory performance meets targets and KPIs.
- To improve equipment availability and performance to meet OEE targets through identifying and implementing improvements.
- To proactively use the PPM System in place (SAP) for the capture of all engineering labour and booking out of parts.
Skills and Knowledge:
- Level 3 City & Guilds or equivalent in Electrical, Mechanical and/or Electronic engineering.
- Qualifications to be recognised in the UK.
- Delivers quality and accuracy in own work and standards.
- Able to cope under pressure and flex with peaks in personal workload.
- Time served Apprentice.
- Health & Safety disciplined.
- Minimum 6 months as a Skill 1 Engineer after completing apprenticeship
- Previous experience of manufacturing operations.
- Experience in the food processing industry.
- PLC experience.
- Welding experience.
- Knowledge of lean techniques and processes.
- Computer Literate, Microsoft outlook and SAP PM
- 17th/18th (or equivalent) Edition qualified.
- COSHH
- Food Safety Level 2
