Electrical / Mechanical Maintenance Engineer required on a project in the Leicstershire area. You will be responsible for carrying out all PPM and reactive maintenance on all EC&I assets to ensure plant availability is maximized and downtime is kept to a minimum.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Fault finding and maintaining mechanical and Electrical assets including pumps, gearboxes, valves, Motors, Panels, Controls and Instrumentation etc.
• Carry out inspections and condition-based monitoring
• Working in line with maintenance techniques and best practices
• To ensure compliance with the pressure regulations and lifting gear inspection requirements
• Assisting in plant developments and projects
• Maintaining accurate maintenance records on the site CMMS
• Carry out preventative maintenance in line with scheduled PPM’s
• Provide reactive maintenance duties on plant in a timely manner to meet the needs of the operation’s requirements
• Ensure all CBM duties are conducted
  
  

Skills & Qualifications:

• Previous experience within a heavy process environment
• Experience with CMMS or Piranha (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems)
• Level 3 NVQ in Maintenance Engineering
• The highest regard for health, safety, and environmental compliance
