Principal Accountabilities
- Perform composite repair work in accordance with training and company procedures
- Operate basic IT systems to document repairs and compile detailed installation reports.
- Communicate and collaborate with the customer’s QA department to ensure documentation meets requirements.
- Coordinate and schedule repairs directly with the customer.
- Supervise and train on-site labour teams to ensure job quality and efficiency.
- Collaborate with local manning teams and Intra Services to maintain adequate site workforce levels.
- Organize logistical support for repairs, including material allocations, subcontractor coordination (e.g., scaffolders, blasting, transport), and labour planning.
- Monitor and record material stock levels, notifying the customer of product requirements in a timely manner to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Promote TEAM’s full range of products and services to the customer.
- Basic understanding of composite repair techniques
- Basic computer literacy
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Experience working in remote or field environments is an advantage.
- Ability to lead small teams and coordinate activities with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, particularly with clients and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently in a rotational and multicultural environment.
- This is a rotational role based in Kazakhstan at the TCO plant (28 days on / 28 days off).
- The position requires extended periods in remote field locations.
- Accommodation, travel, and in-country logistics will be arranged.
- Flexibility and adaptability are essential to meet the demands of field-based repair operations.
