Cranswick plc, a FTSE 250 food producer, is looking for a National Account Manager to join our Commercial team operating in Yorkshire. This full-time role offers the opportunity to lead key retail accounts, driving profitable growth and shaping strategic customer relationships across a fast-paced, collaborative business.

Key Responsibilities
• Support and manage day-to-day activity on key retail accounts
• Work closely with Category and NPD teams to deliver tailored customer solutions
• Build relationships with internal teams across sites
• Track and update costing information, highlighting areas for improvement
• Help align account activity with wider business goals
• Assist in delivering promotional plans to drive sales
• Gain confidence working with site financials (budgets, P&L)
• Support open book costing processes for your area
• Learn about supply chain strategy and contribute to improvements
What We’re Looking For
• Around 1 year’s experience in an Account Executive or similar role
• Some exposure to the chilled food or retail sectors is helpful
• Interest in sales, marketing, and product development
• Good communication and relationship-building skills
• Organised, curious, and keen to learn and grow
