As a Key Account Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving growth and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction with our national enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage an allocated key account portfolio across the UK, ensuring comprehensive coverage and exceptional service for each client.
  • Identify and capitalise on opportunities within your customer account portfolio, driving growth and expanding our market reach.
  • Arrange and conduct product demonstrations and training sessions, showcasing the value and benefits of our solutions to customers.
  • Engage key internal stakeholders to drive growth across your key account portfolio, leveraging cross-functional support to achieve strategic goals.
  • Achieve monthly revenue targets, accurately foresting through proactive sales strategies, customer engagement and effective pipeline management.
  • Maintain detailed activity reports through our CRM system, ensuring accuracy and up-to date information on your accounts and presenting into our senior leadership team.
  • Work with internal colleagues and stakeholders to meet customer requirements and resolve issues promptly.

Experience And Qualifications

  • Experienced in a field based, strategic role management of growth within a Key Account portfolio.
  • Advantageous to have experience within contract renewals / service industry.
  • Proven track record in solution selling, negotiating, and closing deals.
  • Valid clean driving licence.
