We’re now looking for an ambitious National Solar Sales Manager to lead our sales strategy, drive revenue growth, and elevate our customer experience across the UK. If you're a motivated leader with a passion for clean energy, this is your chance to make a real impact.
📍 Location: Based in St Helens, WA9 1LQ
🕒 Hours: 37.5 per week
💷 Salary: £45,000 per annum + bonus
🚗 National travel required – clean driving licence essential
What you'll be doing:
- Leading and developing a high-performing national sales team
- Setting sales plans, targets, and KPIs in collaboration with senior leadership
- Managing inbound/outbound sales processes and ensuring top-tier customer service
- Building strong client relationships and converting leads into loyal customers
- Overseeing solar system design, quoting, and custom energy packages
- Monitoring performance and driving improvements with regular reporting
- Ensuring seamless after-sales support and CRM data accuracy
