“Working at EDF has been an incredible opportunity to gain insight into the energy industry. Since the start of my placement, I have been treated as a valuable member of my team, being involved in a range of projects from climate change to space weather risk to key assets. Through this, I have been supported to develop my skills in coding, data analysis, communication, and time management, to name a few. Regular 1:1 meeting with my manager and colleagues enable me to gain feedback on my work and clarify any doubts I may have about my tasks.” Alex, Natural Hazards, and Environment R&D Industrial Placement
