Established in 2019, the International Arbitration Centre is the independent, dedicated venue in the heart of London. We host in-person, hybrid and virtual arbitrations, mediation and adjudication, as well as hybrid litigation in domestic and international courts. The IAC is a secure, confidential and efficient platform for dispute resolution.
Assisting the Director of Technology, the Network Support Analyst will provide day-to-day support covering all system infrastructure. The International Arbitration Centre plays host to regular high-level hearings so the individual MUST be comfortable working under pressure and possess excellent interpersonal, time management and client facing skills. Experience with supporting physical and virtual hearings over a range of platforms is also highly desirable.

Please note:
This role is 5 days per week in the office on Fleet Street, central London.
Due to the nature of what we do at the International Arbitration C (facilitating legal hearings), you will have a flexible shift pattern including early starts (from 6am) and late finishes (up to 9pm). Overtime is paid for hours above your contractual hours.
Base Salary: £37,000 to £40,000
