Job Title: New Business Development Manager
Location: UK - Remote with regular travel
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 per annum + commission, car or car allowance

As part of their ongoing expansion, they are looking for a highly motivated New Business Development Manager to help drive their growth by securing new business opportunities and expanding their market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal marketing and lead generation teams to develop and convert new customer opportunities
- Identify and pursue new markets, customers, and products
- Engage in cold calling, contract negotiations, and client presentations
- Develop tailored business proposals and manage the full sales cycle, from pitching to contract implementation
- Achieve and exceed new business targets, while maintaining strong product knowledge and market insight
- Work closely with purchasing, logistics, and sales management teams to ensure customer satisfaction and effective delivery
- Provide regular feedback on customer needs and market trends to influence business strategy
Requirements

- Proven experience in business development in a B2B setting
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Results-driven with the ability to meet ambitious sales targets in a fast-paced environment

- Willingness to travel regularly for client meetings
