H.R. Owen, the UKs leading luxury automotive dealer group, is seeking a New Car Sales Manager to oversee the Ferrari London, Mayfair Sales Department.
Were looking for someone thats used to going above and beyond to deliver the highest level of customer service, whilst building excellent rapport with clients and colleagues. You will develop and implement Sales growth plans, manage budgets, lead teams and drive sales growth.
The Sales Manager will bring new energy and create new demand.
The Type Of Person We Are Looking For
- Ability to overachieve Ferraris annualised Sales KPIs, through setting and tracking Sales targets.
- The ability to deliver the highest level of customer service, whilst always keeping an eye on the commercial success of the business.
- Track Return on Investment Analise sales data to identify trends and success.
- Work closely with the Marketing Team to extract the best results.
- Build and maintain manufacturer relations to unlock extra opportunities.
- You will have a passion for the Luxury Industry and ideally be connected to the London scene to effectively penetrate the UHNW target market.
- Ability to develop and execute a long-term sales strategy to generate growth.
- Ability to motivate, coach and lead the sales team.
- Manage the sales process, including lead generation, client interaction and deal closing.
- 5-10 Years in Sales Management, with a proven, successful track record.
- You will have outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
