Key Responsibilities
- Raise and track purchase orders to support the NPD process.
- Review and verify supplier quotes, ensuring accuracy and best value.
- Act as a key liaison between the NPD team and suppliers, maintaining strong working relationships.
- Handle and respond to a high volume of internal and external queries efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of orders, quotes, and supplier communications.
- Assist with general administrative tasks to support the NPD team’s workflow.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Highly organised with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
- Experience in administrative support within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail, particularly when handling quotes and purchase orders.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Confident in liaising with suppliers and internal teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and general admin software.
- Previous experience in FMCG, supply chain, or product development is a plus.
