YOUR ROLE
As a Non-Functional Test Lead, you will lead and manage non-functional testing (NFT) initiatives across complex, multi-supplier environments, ensuring system performance, operational readiness, and stakeholder alignment
YOUR PROFILE
- Leverage 12+ years of IT experience to drive testing excellence.
- Develop and implement Non-Functional Test (NFT) strategies tailored to enterprise systems.
- Lead Operational Acceptance Testing (OAT) to validate system readiness for production.
- Conduct and oversee performance testing to ensure scalability and reliability.
- Collaborate effectively in multi-supplier environments and manage cross-functional dependencies.
- Engage in stakeholder management, ensuring clear communication and alignment of expectations.
- Work closely with IT Operations teams to ensure seamless integration and support readiness.
