About the Role:
Mactech is seeking a dynamic and commercially astute Development & Business Lead to join our leadership team and play a pivotal role in shaping our strategic direction across the Sizewell C nuclear programme. This is a senior-level position, ideally suited to someone with a blend of technical insight, business development expertise, and a strong network within the UK nuclear sector.
You will lead on revenue growth, strategic relationships, and operational execution-ensuring

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead strategic growth initiatives across Sizewell C and related programmes.
- Represent Mactech at senior stakeholder level with customers, partners, and industry forums.
- Drive new business opportunities and high-value partnerships across nuclear.
- Translate customer challenges into workforce solutions, working closely with internal delivery teams.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, JV partners, and decision-makers.
- Shape operational planning and service delivery to align with emerging opportunities.
