Office Service Manager | Hinkley Point

Are you a hands-on leader with a background in HR or finance? Join us at Hinkley Point, one of the UK’s leading nuclear power stations, where you'll play a key role in managing the Facilities Department.


We're looking for an Office Service Manager to lead a small team of admin and managed services staff, ensuring the smooth operation of the Office Services function.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage payroll data through SAP (overtime, absence, etc.)
  • Track costs, raise purchase orders, and manage budgets
  • Lead and support a team of 15
  • Provide admin support across departments
  • Handle invoicing and billing
  • Support recruitment and HR process rollouts


What You'll Bring:

  • Background in finance and/or HR
  • Strong financial awareness
  • Proven experience leading teams
  • SAP experience (desirable)
  • Confident communicator under pressure


Desirable:

  • IOSH Managing Safely (training provided if needed)
  • Office-based team management experience
