ONBOARDING SPECIALIST:

A growing organisation is seeking an Onboarding Specialist to join their team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This temporary role focuses on delivering a smooth and professional onboarding experience for new starters. Based in a central London location, the successful candidate will support HR functions during an exciting period of expansion. Ideal for someone organised, personable, and passionate about creating a positive employee experience.

ONBOARDING SPECIALIST ROLE:

• Supporting the Recruitment Coordinator in managing a significant onboarding backlog, ensuring the timely processing of new hires
• Taking ownership of the end-to-end onboarding process, from offer acceptance through to day-one readiness
• Planning and scheduling induction programmes to ensure a smooth and engaging start for new employees
• Coordinating IT setup, including hardware and system access, to ensure all technical requirements are in place
• Managing HR onboarding tasks such as documentation, compliance, and first-day orientation

ONBOARDING SPECIALIST ESSENTIALS:

• 1–3 years’ experience in HR, ideally with hands-on involvement in onboarding new staff
