Our Operations Team is looking to hire an Operational Risk Analyst who will support the 1st line of defence by enhancing the banks approach to identifying, managing and reporting operational risks. The role provides vital oversight of operational risk events, develops and maintains operational risk reporting into governance committees and assists in the embedding of effective key control environments. The role holder will also contribute to development of assurance processes across Operational Risk, Operational Resilience and Outsourcing & Third-Party Management within the first line.
This is a hybrid role working 3 days per week in the office (City of London location) and 2 days working from home.
