Operational Specialist - (Customer Feedback Analysis / User Generated Content / Community Management)

• Hybrid working in Chertsey, 3 days a week.
• £200pd inside IR35

Your key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end operational projects for the Samsung Reviews Program across multiple European subsidiaries
• Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including local subsidiaries, operational delivery teams, product management, and senior management, to ensure successful implementation reviews enhancments
• Monitor project progress against established timelines and milestones, identify risks and issues, and develop mitigation plans whilst working through operational deliverables
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and compliance requirements
• Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders, including regular status updates and progress reporting
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management and vendors
• Continuously evaluate and optimize project processes to maximize efficiency and effectiveness

What we need for this role

• To be successful, you will possess the following skills and attributes:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in project management, preferably in digital marketing, social media, or customer engagement environments
• Strong understanding of UGC principles, community management, and customer feedback analysis
• Familiarity with project management methodologies, such as Agile and Waterfall
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, adapt to changing circumstances, and work under pressure
• Experienced in working with colleagues from diverse backgrounds, regions, and mindsets
• Proficient in project management tools, such as Asana, Jira, Trello, Confluence, etc.
• Experience in working with Bazaarvoice is a strong plus
• Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus
