Job Title: Operations Coordinator
Contract Type: Part Time/Fixed Term Contract
We are seeking a Telematics Operations Coordinator to support Howden Driving Data. In this role, you will handle customer communications and ensure the accuracy of telematics data, helping to resolve device and data issues to maintain our high standards of service
Role
As a Telematics Operations Co-ordinator, your role will be focused on 2 key aspects:
Inbound and outbound communications
Managing the communication with policyholders and customers of HDD across a range of channels, both internally and externally. You will be responsible for responding to inbound customer contacts as well as proactively contacting customers in line with business rules
Data Validation
Scrutinising the accuracy of data from telematics devices, you will be required to analyse and action data validation checks generated by our system, diagnosing and resolving any device or data issues, as well as working with both internal & external parties to resolve or investigate any issues or queries.
