We are currently recruiting for an Operations Director to work with us covering business & industry sites in London & the Southeast. This is an exciting, permanent opportunity to play a pivotal role within our senior leadership team and an opportunity to truly drive innovation, push boundaries and reach potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for executing operational delivery of circa £30 million revenue to agreed company standards
- Accountable for the business commercial performance, through proactive strategic planning and value propositions
- Developing, improving and implementing operations and production plans to meet company goals
- To strive to continually exceed client expectations and provide excellent customer care
- Maximise contract retention and upselling in area of responsibility
- To motivate/lead a team of 4 regional operations managers to achieve great results, targets and develop teams and successors
Our Ideal Candidate Will
- Be an experienced Operations Director or ambitious Head of Operations within the contract catering Business & Industry sector
- Have a proven track record of managing P&L, volume of at least £15m revenue pa, strong financial and accounting experience
- Have successfully worked with a mix of clients & contracts
- Be passionate about food, self-motivated & driven
