Job Description
What will you be doing?
Were seeking a talented individual to join our Client Reporting team in Glasgow. You will be responsible for performing the daily duties, checking and general processing of all client reporting functions, in a timely and accurate basis, whilst ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
You will operate within defined standards and guidelines which are aligned to service level agreements and data quality controls
As Operations Executive - Client Reporting, your responsibilities will include among others:
- Ensure that all tasks are completed to a high standard and that any anomalies are reported to your line manager within agreed timescales.
- Ensure that personal and team KPIs are met. Assist in collation of MI statistics relevant to team duties, highlighting any issues to your line manager upon exposure.
- Contribute to the review of team tasks, identifying improvements with a view to enhancing client service. Participate in, and contribute to, any ad-hoc project-related work where necessary.
- Adopt a high-quality culture to minimise errors and ensuring high quality service levels are delivered.
- Strict adherence to internal company policies and compliance procedures.
- Undertaking training and competence reviews as required by the business.
Qualifications
Skills and Experience:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong inter-personal and problem solving skills
- Comfortable working in a team as well as independently
- Ability to organise workloads effectively and meet tight deadlines
- Adaptable to changes in process and the use of new systems
Desired
- Previous experience of working in financial services/Investment Operations is desirable but not essential
- Relevant professional qualification(s) desirable e.g. CISI Investment Operations Certificate
