About the role
Here at United Living our Property Services, Responsive Repairs team is growing and we are on the lookout for an Operations Manager to join us. We are looking for candidates that have experience of working within a main contractor on reactive repairs and voids delivery models.
Our commercial and operational teams are integrated to ensure that we offer best value and service to our clients. You will ensure the overall successful delivery of several contract models.
About You
- 5 Years’ experience working for a main contractor, housing sector
- Leadership experience
- Good data interrogation skills
- Valid driving licence
- Competent use in Microsoft Project and Microsoft Excel Trackers
- Excellent client engagement skills
- Excellent Health and Safety Awareness
- Excellent people skills and the ability to drive performance from your team of staff
