Ceremony of Roses is seeking an experienced and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee the end-to-end logistics, inventory management, and overall efficiency of our operations. This role is crucial in optimising warehouse performance, managing shipping costs, and ensuring timely, cost-effective delivery of merchandise to our global customer base.
What you'll do
- Oversee and manage cross-functional operations across multiple warehouses, ensuring inventory accuracy while continuously improving workflows and operational efficiency
- Collaborate with the e-commerce account managers and customer service teams to align operations with business goals, customer expectations and ensure the seamless execution of eCommerce processes, from order placement to delivery
- Conduct regular inventory audits, generate reports, and review invoices to maintain data accuracy and cost controls. Supervise the management and movement of inventory in multiple warehouses
- Work closely with supply chain teams to develop forecasting and replenishment strategies to meet customer demand
- Build strong partnerships with third-party logistics vendors to negotiate best-in-class service levels
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies, integrating new solutions as appropriate
Who you are
- Extensive experience in eCommerce operations, supply chain management, or logistics, ideally within the music or entertainment merchandise space
- Strong knowledge of eCommerce platforms, warehouse management systems (WMS), and inventory management tools.
- Proven experience in managing global logistics, optimising shipping costs, and developing strategic partnerships with vendors.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and stakeholders.
- Passion for music and merchandise, with a good understanding of fan expectations and the importance of delivering a top-tier customer experience.
