All About The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a varied role which provides business support to our Adult Social Care Team. Working within established processes and procedures such as responding to customer queries, data entry to our recording systems and providing administrative support to social workers. This will also involve supporting with other administrative needs of the service.

This role is part time - 22.5 hours

All About You

Successful applicants will be able to organise and prioritise their own workload and multi-task, be confident with using technology and keen to learn and support colleagues. As well as provide a good level of customer service and be able to maintain confidentiality. Experience of working in?an administrative role would be beneficial.

All About Our Team

We are busy team of social work practitioners offering support to people over the age of 18 with physical and learning disabilities, older people and their families and unpaid carers. Our team support a variety of social care duties and responsibilities in accordance with the Care Act 2014, and other relevant legislation. The Team support individuals to achieve their personal outcomes, work with unpaid carers as well as other statutory functions, such as adult safeguarding enquiries.
