Your Role
Our Systems Support team is proactive in ensuring all systems are in place and thoroughly tested to support our business objectives. They manage the day-to-day operations of Operational Systems Excellence, oversee Operational Systems Projects, and address support requirements. The team takes pride in delivering Dispatcher Testing and Training, along with their many other areas of expertise.
Your Responsibilities
- Day to day team management, which includes maintaining all employee records up to date to include absence, holiday, Time and attendance along with Training
- Reviewing colleagues development needs and identifying a suitable path to reach their goals
- Support the with Dispatcher Training needs and ensure all Training documents are created and maintained in line with current processes
- Ensure all Work Instructions are created and maintained in line with current processes
- Support the warehouse with Business Requirements definition along with supporting the Programme Team with Proposals as they arise
- Responsible for UAT testing requirements, making sure all are documented and executed in line with the testing plan
- Support the BAU change request process including the relevant documentation
Your Skills And Experiences
- Preferred experience (not essential) of Dispatcher systems/WCS/JIRA/Workday/SMART
- Strong analytical skills and previous supervisory experience is preferred
- Understanding of Warehouse practices e.g. receipting, allocation, picking, loading
- Understanding of Warehouse Distribution and Support Functions system touchpoints and practices
- Leadership qualities along with strong organisational skills
