Job purpose:

The order management analyst plays a vital role in both financial operations and the customer experience, working with order management and sales to ensure invoices and outstanding payments are accurate and settled in a timely manner. as a first contact for customers regarding financial queries, we are looking for a confident self-starter who is supremely organised, comfortable working to deadlines and eager to own the process.

How you will contribute at Janes

  • Issuing invoices and resolving outstanding payments
  • Generating Account Breakdowns and Statements for customers
  • Managing Customer Portal Logins and reconciling monthly
  • Owning the end-to-end credit and rebill process
  • Assisting with audits and checking for discrepancies
  • Compiling financial reports as part of the Month End process

The ideal skills and experience for this role are:

  • Strong work ethic and organised
  • Confident communicator and a people person with excellent customer service skills
  • Interest in improving processes and expert problem solver
  • Proficient in working with spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel
  • Knowledge of Salesforce and NetSuite (desirable but not essential)
