£53,830 + London allowance of £3,520 if applicable



The Organisation Design Lead plays a key role in shaping and evolving the organisation’s structure to enhance performance, impact, and employee experience. This role focuses on

    Leading organisation design reviews at team, function, and capability level
  • s.Driving sustainable structural change aligned with strategic objective
  • s.Ensuring a people-centred approach in all design decision
  • s.Enhancing organisational effectiveness through continuous improvemen


t.This role requires adaptability and the ability to manage complex, interdependent projects. The post holder will need to navigate competing priorities, influence senior leaders, and provide strategic guidance to ensure organisational design aligns with long-term goal
