Outbound Telesales Agent – Growth Team (Permanent, Full Time)

As an Outbound Telesales Agent, you’ll connect with existing customers, understand their needs, and offer tailored telecommunications solutions to enhance their experience. Your role is key to driving customer retention, upselling, and cross-selling—all while delivering top-notch service and helping customers get the most out of their products.
Salary – Up to £26,000 dependent on experience plus attractive commission
Location – Carr Lane, Hull, with hybrid and remote working opportunities

Key Responsibilities
- Making outbound calls to existing customers to review their accounts and recommend solutions.
- Promoting upgrades, additional services, and exclusive offers to increase customer value.
- Building strong relationships by providing an engaging and positive customer experience.
- Hitting and exceeding sales targets, KPIs, and quality benchmarks.
- Handling objections confidently using value-based selling techniques.
- Keeping customer records up to date in our CRM system.
Requirements
- Telesales or outbound calling experience (telecommunications industry is a plus!).
- A track record of hitting sales targets and delivering exceptional service.
- A confident and persuasive communicator who can build instant rapport.
- Strong IT skills, with knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel.
- A passion for sales, a competitive edge, and a customer-first mindset.
