LOCATION: Folkestone, Kent/Hybrid - This is a hybrid role based in the UK, with a minimum of three days a week required in our Folkestone office for training, collaboration and client meetings. DURATION: Permanent and full time. Working Monday to Friday 9am-5:30pm (37.5 hours weekly).
PACKAGE: Starting from £24,570 DOE

Right now, we’re looking for a Paid Executive to join our growing team. As part of our journey toward B Corp certification, we’re building a workplace grounded in equity, transparency and purpose. Where impact matters just as much as performance.
In this role, you’ll support the planning, execution, and optimisation of paid search and social campaigns across key platforms, such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. You’ll collaborate closely with Strategic Account Managers and the wider Paid Team, providing data-driven insights and strategies to deliver exceptional results for our clients.
This is a great opportunity for someone with some foundational experience in paid media - perhaps you've worked in a junior role, completed an internship, or had some hands-on exposure to paid media. You’ll already have a basic understanding of how paid media works and be confident using key platforms, but you’re now looking to deepen your expertise and take on more responsibility. About The Role
THE ROLE
- Successfully launch and optimise paid search & paid social campaigns on ad platforms, including but not limited to Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Reddit, Apple, Amazon, and TikTok.
- Conduct keyword, audience, and competitor research for campaign targeting.
- Track performance and report on a daily/weekly/monthly basis, feeding back to the Strategic Account Managers and Paid team.
- Perform budget pacing checks to keep campaigns within limits.
- Support in the management & execution of paid campaigns, including campaign & audience planning, set up & activation, optimisation towards performance KPIs and campaign evaluation.
- Support the refinement of internal processes/workflows and service mapping.
- Utilise quality assurance checklists or business-preferred AI-based platforms for error prevention.
- Contribute to internal Paid team meetings with prioritised IDS points of discussion.
- Assist the team in achieving a Utilisation % of 74%.
- Assist the team in achieving a Billability % of 71%.
- Learn and embed third-party platforms for greater efficiency in daily workflows.
THE PERSON
- Demonstrate a passion for digital advertising and a drive for continuous learning and improvement. Focused on paid advertising and committed to staying up to date with industry trends.
- Strong desire to grow and develop within the Paid Media industry.
- Have strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable managing multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams while also being comfortable operating independently.
- Are highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Possess excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
- Are a strong communicator, capable of explaining complex concepts clearly to clients and internal teams.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of Paid Media experience, either in-house or at an agency.
- Proven experience in building and optimising campaigns on Google Ads (mandatory) and Meta Ads (mandatory); Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or other platform experience is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting data and optimising campaign performance.
- Excellent organisational, project management, and time management skills.
- A keen interest in cultural trends and an eye for what’s coming next.
- Google Ads certification (Search and Display) is a plus.
- Facebook Blueprint certification is desirable but not essential.
